A choice. We offer two ways to order. Pay by credit card with the order form below. If your company or organization requires that you pay from an invoice, following receipt of shipment, use the invoice form. The order form below is secured by PayPal. We accept all major credit cards as well as E-Check! You do not have to be a PayPal member to use this order form.

Company or organization. For the time being, the PayPal form does not have a place to enter your company or organization name. At some point during your ordering process, please send us a separate email providng your name and your company or organization name. Thank you.
